1. How do I track?

2. Where can I find the tracking number?
We send the tracking number to you as soon as product is shipped, it normally goes to your junk folder if you don't receive. You can go to your junk folder to find it or check out from your account in our store (only for customer who has created the account before purchase).
Please contact us if you still can not find the tracking number so we will resend.
3. When can I expect my package?
EMS takes 4-8 days to arrive in your country, it depends on how fast your post office deliveries.
UPS/Fedex/TNT/DHL takes 2-4 days to delivery to you.

4. Why the status doesn't update?
Please also note that:
1. The China post office is always behind on status updates, but they do ship them out to your country. So please don't worry if you don't see the status updated on time. Also the status they provide is not very detailed, please understand that we can do nothing to improve that as the post office belongs to Chinese Government.
2. Once the package has arrived in your country, you can track through your post office, such as USPS for USA and Royal Mail for UK, if the post office's website doesn't show any status, please just call them for more details by providing them the tracking number.

5. What is your refund policy?
