1. Show Hair Photos Before Shipping: How Does It Work?
Due to the extreme complexity and “tailored to your needs” custom hair orders, the return process is different from in-stock hair. Therefore, for NEW CLIENTS and COMPLEX ORDERS, we strongly suggest using a photo service, which will save you time and money.
Here’s how it works: For a tiny fee of $4.95 (which can be applied during checkout), we will send you a picture of your freshly made hair extensions; before sending the order to you.
It ensures you’ll get a good look at the colors and textures, eliminating potential issues (or return and remake costs) before shipping.
Please note: We DO NOT recommend this service for regular hair colors or straight textures.
This service comes free as a standard for all orders over $250 for new (first-time) clients.
The service itself is nonrefundable. However, if you cancel the order, we will refund 100% of your cost for hair extensions (and shipping) alone.
2. Can I Dye and Style Hair Extensions?
Yes, if they are 100% real human hair, you can dye and style them in any way, shape or form you like. However, dying is not recommended since these are Remy and not Virgin human hair extensions.
If you want to change the color, instead of dying, feel free to send the extensions back, and we will exchange them for a nominal fee.
3. How Long Will My Hair Extensions Last?
If maintained properly, our hair extensions will last 3 - 6 months or even more.
4. What is Your Refund Policy?
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days (from the date of your order) and either receive a full refund (minus the shipping costs) or exchange it for something else. As simple as that. For more details, see the following page.
5. What's a Package Insurance and Why Should I Get One?
Package insurance is a great way to have a hassle-free shopping experience. On some occasions, packages might get lost during transit. If you have insurance, we will:
1. Immediately refund your payment after the package is confirmed as lost, without you having to wait 60 days.
2. Cover your shipping costs for the returning packages.

7. Do You Offer Hair Extensions Dropshipping Service?
Yes, we do. Our dropshipping is "blind," meaning your customers will never know that the hair extensions came from us. In addition to that, you can do your branding and include a card with your logo and such. For more details, please visit our dropshipping page.
